Brandon runs 3.5 miles, six days a week. His grandfather helped build the stairs he runs up and down as a part of his workout. Lettuce, spinach, celery, broccoli, grapefruit, protein, apple juice. cranberry juice, multi-vitamins. Every morning. Brandon's younger brother, Ethan, trains with him most days. The Barracks, where the Kutthroat Combat Kommittee trains. The Barracks used to be home to a Roller Disco rink. The disco lights still work. "I want to provide a place for guys to let out that fire that builds up in some of us. Guys that might let that energy out on drugs or bar fights. They come here and I teach them to channel it."
